Anisotropic magnets are manufactured by applying a magnetic field to magnetic powder with a certain particle size during molding, so that the magnetic field direction of the magnetic powder is aligned in a certain direction and pressed into shape. The advantages of dry anisotropic magnets are fast molding speed, high precision, and less grinding. Magnetic performance is higher than isotropic magnets, the highest remanent magnetization is not more than 410mT, and it can be used to produce tile, ring and plane products which have certain requirements on performance.
